Doing fairly well. I messed up a little last week but still lost 2 pounds. I knew I would pay for it this week. I only lost 1 pound and that is a questionable loss. If I stand just right the scale fives me 1 pound loss. So I will be perfectly on plan again this week to earn another 2 pound loss.
Exercise seems to be my hardest thing to accomplish. I am soooo lazy.

Had an ok first week. Fell off plan on Thursday because I had to take my dog down to be put to sleep. I always use food to calm down. It worked but wasn't really good for my diet. I lost 2 pounds this week so hopefully next week will be just as good or better.
