    Doing fairly well.  I messed up a little last week but still lost 2 pounds.  I knew I would pay for it this week.  I only lost 1 pound and that is a questionable loss.  If I stand just right the scale fives me 1 pound loss.  So I will be perfectly on plan again this ... more
