My favorite kind involves both aerobic activity and strength training such as kickboxing. Get everything done at once!
Health Tip
Take small steps to achieve your goals. When you try to set an unrealistic goal, it's depressing because you don't meet it. By taking small steps and creating short goals, you will achieve your larger goals faster.
Likes
On most days I love my job (2nd grade teacher). I like to relax at home with my dog and curl up with her in the evenings. I also like going to dinner with friends, they remind me how lucky I am!
Dislikes
People who talk too much about themselves - or make things into a competition (oh, you have that problem, well I have these problems...) Anyone pessimistic. I also hate constant noises such as alarms, tapping, etc. :)
Hobbies
Reading, watching TV, hanging out with friends, shopping, cross-stitching (to keep me busy and not snacking!), and the occasional computer game!
