Meal Plan Trying them all! Don't know which I like best.

About Me I love dancing and reading and spending time with my family. I have been taking belly dance for a couple of years & would love to look super hot in one of those costumes. Right now I dance in just leggins, tee shirt & hip scarf. Not smoking hot.

Music I love all kinds of music. I have been known to listen to everything.

Movies Any kind of musical would be my kind of movie. West Side Story is one of my favs. I also love family movies to watch with my daughter.

TV some reality, ER, Desperate Housewifes, Grey's Anatomy, Brothers & Sisters

Books Right now, I'm reading what seems to be every diet book ever written. But I love James Patterson books.

Foods Love Avocados, fish & chicken. I have a soft spot for breaded pork chops & will pig out on them at any given time.

Exercise I have accumulated a small gym. I have an eliptical, treadmill, balance ball, 8 lb medicine ball, jump rope, step, bands & tones of videos. Just need to use them!

Health Tip I only drink water. I have about 120 ounces of water a day.

Likes chatting with my ediets friends. Step aerobics & treadmill & belly dancing.
