I have been happily married to my highschool sweatheart for 9 years. We have two daughters and 1 Chocolate lab and 3 cats and a turtle. Other than that I enjoy workout out, hunting and fishing. I am nothing but a good old Georgia boy but I have all my teeth.

What are books? I read Georgia Ourdoors news and thats about it. I do most of my reading online.
Foods
Chicken, Rice, Veggies, eggs, oatmeal are mostly what I eat. But my weakness foods are Peanut butter M&Ms, Desserts, Homemade Icecream, Dirt Cake.
Exercise
I workout 6 days per week roughly an hour per day. I do 3 days of weight training and 3 days of cardio. Somedays I do doubles I lift in the morning and do cardio in the evening.
Health Tip
Do not consider losing weight a diet but rather a lifestyle change. If you go back to eating like crap after you lose all your weight you will be just like me and doing it again. Make the changes permanent.
Likes
A routine and everthing has to be planned and scheduled. I like to stay in my bubble and do things my way.
Dislikes
Smoking, Tattoes, crowds and waiting, Atlanta Traffic.
Hobbies
Hunting, Fishing, Working out.
Vices
Eatling like crap and gaining 65 punds after losing 43 2 years prior.
