    Movies Anything that makes you laugh and cry through the same movie I.E. Gump, Steel Magnolias, the Family Stone, Click....
    TV Mostly sports but i like CSI, Forensic files, America's Funniest Home Videos and most anything on TRU TV and Spike
    Books I will read anything and everything, but my faves are Steven King, Patricia Cornwell, Dean Koontz. Like a lot of classic lit esp Orwell
    Foods I never met a carb i didn't like, especially the junk ones!!! LOL
    Exercise Biking, Hiking...has to be outdoor activities
    Health Tip Drink your water and be mindful of what you eat....stay on plan!

    I had my blood test done last week, in preparation for my gastro appointment on Wednesday.  The blood test is to measure blood count.  I'm hoping that the results will be that i'm no longer anemic.  I do seem to be feeling better as of late.  I think the tiredness and th ... more
