My BMI is right under 30. I want to get well below that number before we go for our blood work. Hubby & I discussed doing our blood work in November (mid). I would love to be 27 by then... That would mean I need to weigh about 167lbs. My goal is to be 166 by November 24th. So my thoughts and goals are not unrealistic. Just gonna have to bust my butt to make goal.
I am stuck in the 180's it seems. I have reduced my caloric intake from 2500 plus to 1400-1500 and increased my exercise to a steady workout mix with interval training. Just gonna hold tight the rest of this month and see if I will break this plateau.
